Design&Communication Project Management

  In 3 years working in a graphic design company, I evolved from operational tasks up to project management.

    We had many different kind of brand, packaging, signaling and social projects, and for wich one, we had to adapt to the clients demands. Some brands projects envolved the creation of informational material (cathalogues, folders, visit cards), manual of application of the brand in print and media. Others envolved a whole new concet. We also worked in packaging design, from the concept up to the follow-up of 3D prototype. We had great signaling projects, from the concept of a new transport brand and path studies, to the developement of all the signaling material, informational totems, placing maps, etc. 
    Sometimes, I helped the company go through the selection process (documenation with the lawyer, contact parnerships and external services to complete our teams) and be selected in national bidding. Other times, we made scenography materials for stands and important events of the companies we create their brand. It was part of our follow-up services, to offer consultancy for our clients in any kind of materials that wanted to apply their brand.
    As you could notice, we worked hard to have a strong relationship with our clients, even after our work was suppose to end! At the same time, we learned to constant adapt our teams work to our clients demands in the private and public sectors.
   
I would like to present you some of the projects I am proud of making part as a designer and project & team manager:

To design a "creative room" from the space design up to its workshop program in order to stimulate creativity and lead to innovative products. That was my mission at HAGER company. This leading supplier of solutions and services for electrical installations in residential, commercial and industrial buildings, needed a physical space and a stategic program of activities for their Research&Developement department. To start the program, an "automation challenge" was released among the collaborators. Design thinking for engineering projects, analogous experience and co-creation workshops, and many others activities were scheduled. This place is destinated to develop new concepts and products among 3 main departements : marketing, R&D and design.
At the same time, a thight plan and budget study was elaborated and executed to implement the "creative room" for 100 people.

DESIGN THINKING | PLANNING & EXECUTION | COMMUNICATION | PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS
The scenography of the Christmas event of the Gramado city, NATAL LUZ, has been reinvented year after year. We designed and executed the 30th edition of this huge event in soutn of Brazil that envolves the touristic center of this amazing city.

SCENOGRAPHY | GRAPHIC AND PRODUCT DESIGN
ITATI mineral water needed a new concept for their brand and a new packaging in 3 different sizes. We worked from the design of the concept up to the folllow-up of the molds production.

PACKAGING | PRODUCT AND GRAPHIC DESIGN
The brand MOVE was developped to the Belo Horizonte network city transport. We developped the brand's concept and all the signaling elements that reinforces the brand in the city, such as : informational totems, tickets machines, bus stations, placing maps, application of the logo in diffrent materials (bus, promotional,etc.).

BRANDING | PRODUCT AND GRAPHIC DESIGN | SIGNALING   
The ITAIPU dam is an hydroelectrical power plant located between Brazil and Paraguay. This exceptional power plant needed an international brand and a manual of application of its brand.The main signaling materials were created and we follow-up  the brand's application in print and media materials, that continued years after the brand was created.
